In the Name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful. I extend my greetings to all those who hear this speech, to the esteemed attendees, and to the respected host; God willing, may you all be successful. Elections, in themselves, are a fundamental and important task for the country and for the people. Elections are a sign of the people's presence; a sign of the will and decision-making of the people; therefore, the national duty of every individual who wishes for the country to progress and for everyone to work towards great goals is to participate in the elections.

The first and second rounds of elections are no different from each other; the same importance that the first round has, the second round also has. In the first round, you elected a number of representatives and sent them to the parliament, but the capacity is still not fully utilized; in the second round, you complete the capacity. If we participate there as well, suppose we elect a number in Tehran or any other city, and the rest remain unselected, we have essentially left the work half-finished; therefore, the importance of the second round is not less than that of the first. God willing, our dear people will all participate and vote to complete the parliament; the more votes there are, the stronger the parliament is, and the stronger the parliament is, the more possibility there is for work in the country. God willing, may you be successful.

Peace be upon you and God's mercy and blessings.
